The day started off with Mike, Jessica and I going to the kite store in Seattle and choosing our kites. I'll be honest, I had never heard of a kite store until then because my family always bought kites

from the dollar store. This place had many types and colors but I finally settled on a very colorful, manly, muscular octopus. We headed over to Gas Works park and began the adventure. My kite flew like a champion, of course. The next adventure of the day was to go canoeing where Josh, Mike S. and Kham joined the fun. We paddled our way around the 520 bridge and had a great view of the sunset. Let's just hope the whole summer can be this adventurous.
